I want to use time in my mornings to reflect and plan and start my day the best way for me.

There are things I do now and these are things I need to do:

  • feed the cats
  • make oatmeal
  • take my meds
  • drink water

There are habits that are already happening:

  • turn the plant lights on
  • read emails
  • check my calendar
  • check the weather

There are things I want to do consistently:

  • yoga
  • meditation
  • excercise
  • go outside
